# Analyze a sales call

Explain the buyer's situation and the next useful commercial action. Load the
profile and selected workflow through `get_meetly_usage_guide`; apply the current request over
preferences. Read the raw call and relevant authorized account, CRM and product
records. Follow [Meetly editorial standards](references/editorial.md) and the
[professional reference](references/professional.md).

Understand needs, consequences, alternatives, objections, decision participants,
approval steps and actual commitments. Distinguish enthusiasm from purchase intent,
a sponsor from a signer, proposed pricing from budget approval, and a target date
from a commitment. Compare CRM and seller claims with buyer statements and current
company evidence; surface conflicts without silently rewriting records.

Develop a reasoned assessment, missing discovery and a specific next step. Apply
the team's sales framework if supplied, but avoid artificial scores and invented
win probabilities. Research relevant market questions where it changes the assessment.
Offer evidence-based coaching on observable questions and responses, not personality
or vocal judgments from text. Include a useful follow-up draft when requested or
clearly within scope; mark it as unsent and preserve truthful product claims.

Compose a readable analysis, not a transcript recap. Deliver in chat and the requested
format. End with one grounded question or suggested next step; respect stops.
Sending a message, updating CRM and promising terms require separate authorization.
