Interview insights

Center the participant's reported experience: situation, behavior, friction, workarounds and desired outcome. Pair important observations with exact quotes. Separate interviewer suggestions from participant evidence, and distinguish experience from hypothetical willingness. Name a pattern only at the scope the sample supports; one interview does not establish a market trend.

Explain the implication as a hypothesis and propose a question or small test that could disprove it. Use calendar agenda as context, not proof of interview content. When speaker identity is missing, preserve unknown attribution; do not assume two unlabeled passages are the same person. Hiring discussions need the same provenance discipline; do not infer protected traits or suitability from voice.
